Dear all members of IOMP and AFOMP member organizations,
We are organizing the 121st Scientific Meeting of the Japan Society of Medical Physics at PACIFICO Yokohama on April 15-18, 2021, which is our regular semiannual meeting to be held basically as a real meeting.
We are welcoming all individual members of the IOMP and AFOMP member organizations to attend the meeting, especially those who will present their researches.
Please consider abstract submission by the deadline October 30 10:00am (Japan Standard Time or GMT+9), which is unfortunately very close.
While we request all presenters to physically attend the meeting assuming that governmental travel restrictions will be cleared by then, we plan to offer an option of presentation with a self-prepared prerecorded video to those who may remain under travel restrictions.
The registration fees are not yet fixed, but the presenters should be able to pay online after the abstract acceptance.
So, please submit your abstract anyway if you are willing to come to the meeting if that is possible.
