Call for IDMP 2026 Poster Design

Dear Colleagues,

IOMP is seeking creative poster designs for the Internation Day of Medical Physics (IDMP 2026).

The theme for this year’s IDMP is: “Advancing Global Health Equity: The Ethical Foundation of Medical Physics”

Please follow these conditions for poster submission:

One page.
In English.
Reflects the above theme.
One poster per person.
The deadline to submit a poster is Tuesday 5^th May at 12 noon GMT.
Submit posters to Stephen Tronchin, IDMP co-coordinator, at [email protected]

The winning poster will appear on the cover of the June edition of eMPW (the official electronic publication of the IOMP).
The winning poster will be used to help celebrate IDMP 2026, and will be posted and the IOMP website and on social media.
The use of AI-generated content is allowed. We would like to see new, creative ideas, and we accept the use of AI to help create the poster.
If you use any AI-generated content or images from the internet, you should make sure you are not breaking copyright laws (e.g., using protected images without permission).
IOMP reserves the right to advise minor corrections (e.g., colors, image correction, wording) on the winning poster, with the authors consent, to ensure better relevance with the IOMP’s identity and the IDMP theme.

The best poster that receives the highest voting score from the IOMP ExCom will be adopted by IOMP. The winner will be announced and acknowledged. We look forward to seeing your creative designs!
