The Medical Physics for World Benefit (MPWB), in collaboration with the AAPM Global Early Career Research Subcommittee (GECRSC), is pleased to announce the MPWB/AAPM Awards for Virtual Access to the AAPM 2025 Annual Meeting. This initiative aims to increase access to high-quality scientific, professional, and educational content for medical physicists and early career researchers (ECR) in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMIC).
Awardees will receive free registration to access the On-Demand content of the AAPM 2025 Annual Meeting, starting on July 27th, 2025. Recordings will be made available within 24 hours after each session and will remain accessible for one year.
Two Categories of Awards:
- MPWB Access Awards: Supports Clinical Medical Physicists from LMIC, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a hospital.
- Early Career Researcher (ECR) Access Awards: Supports Early Career Researchers (ECR) in LMIC within the first 5-years of an independent position, post-terminal degree, actively engaged in research.
