Clinical Training, and Duration: Modular MSc course with total length
of 880 hours concentrated in one academic year. Aspects of radiation engineering
are covered together with the medical physics. Approximately 1/3 of all
modules is practical work in the hospital. Modules: Basis of Human Anatomy
& Physiology; Radiation Physics; Radiation Measurements; Radiobiology;
Physics and Equipment of Ultrasound, Lasers, NMR; Physics and Equipment
of Radiotherapy; Image and Signal Processing in Medicine; Radiation Protection
and Hospital Safety; Medical Informatics. Special books with lecture notes
are written for each module. |
