Admission Requirements for Citizens of the Country : 1. Must have a university degree in physics, applied physics, engineering or chemistry; 2. Must submit to UST Graduate School the following documents: 
a. duly certified photocopy of transcript of academic records (university level) 
b. one recent colored photograph (5cm x 5cm) 
c. any document(s) attesting to having passed a board examination or to being a 
scholar of any agency 
d. application form (duly accomplished) 
e. two referral forms: one to be accomplished by the current (immediate) superior 
(or Dean, in the case of a school) and the other to be accomplished by a professor in the student’s undergraduate major
Additional Admission Requirements for Foreign Nationals : 1. Must submit to UST Graduate School the result of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a score of at least 550 
2. Must pay the out-of-state application fee of U.S. $ 2,500 upon approval of the application
Tuition fees (per semester, per year) : Philippine Peso P 10,000 per semester 
Philippine Peso P 25,000 per school year including summer class
Availability of Scholarship/Fellowship and Pertinent Requirement : Department of Health and Department of Science and Technology scholarships – limited to qualified employees of these government agencies
